Great experience being part of IIPC's Big Bakers program. Very energized and dynamic faculty, students and staff. Michelle and Riya were at their best sharing their expertise and giving us an opportunity to experience baking and learning things that were totally unknown. The ambience, vibe, culture of the place- the aroma of the things being baked, getting hands on experience and finally tasting the amazing food is all etched in memory. Highly recommend this institute for a career in the food and baking industry
