Formerly Dean of the London School of Hospitality and Tourism at the University of West London, he is Chairman of the International Hospitality Council, UK, and leads the Grand Jury of the IIHM Young Chef Olympiad. With extensive consultancy experience across Europe and the Middle East, she has developed innovative products for leading brands like Barry Callebaut and MonaLisa Studio. Former Head Pastry Chef to the Royal Household (2021–2022), she is also a passionate educator, awarded a Professional Fellowship for Excellence in Education. Great experience being part of IIPC's Big Bakers program. Very energized and dynamic faculty, students and staff. Michelle and Riya were at their best sharing their expertise and giving us an opportunity to experience baking and learning things that were totally unknown. The ambience, vibe, culture of the place- the aroma of the things being baked, getting hands on experience and finally tasting the amazing food is all etched in memory. Highly recommend this institute for a career in the food and baking industry
IIPC is open to all aspiring youngsters who are passionate about baking and culinary arts and wants to excel in it. A well-designed nine months course with various modules, the latest equipment and practical training is on the cards. I felt like a mini MASTERCHEF already.
IIPC is Exclusively inclusive . The smell , the sounds , the culture is all encompassing. There is so much of warmth and positivity here .
